General terms and conditions
elartedecorrer.com is a service owned and operated by Maria Carmen González Reina, hereinafter Mary, with Tax ID (N.I.F.) 43540452A and tax and registered address at Calle Passatge dels clavells, 42 Vilassar de Mar (Barcelona). Registered in the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona (Barcelona Commercial Registry), sheet TE-5978, volume 260, folio 4, with entry number 1/2016/51, record 1/41/36.
These general terms and conditions exclusively govern the sale by Mary of the products presented on her website #elartedecorrer, and the products offered at https://elartedecorrer.com are mainly reserved for private customers.
Confirming an order for a product offered on the website https://elartedecorrer.com means that the customer expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions without the need to sign to confirm acceptance.
By accepting this contract, the customer declares:
a) that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
b) that they have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions.
1. PRICES
1.1 – The prices of the products offered are expressed in euros (€), with all taxes included. Any handling and shipping costs are not included; their amount will be indicated at the time each order is finally confirmed.
1.2 – #elartedecorrer reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
1.3 – The products shall remain the property of #elartedecorrer until their price has been paid in full to #elartedecorrer.
2. ORDERS
At https://elartedecorrer.com, orders can be placed in two ways: a) online through https://elartedecorrer.com or b) by phone via WhatsApp at +34 687621035.
2.a) Orders placed online through https://elartedecorrer.com involve contractual details between the customer and #elartedecorrer, which will be confirmed and collected before the order is shipped.
2.b) Orders via WhatsApp can be placed through the number +34 687621035 on business days, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00. Orders placed via WhatsApp involve contractual details between the customer and #elartedecorrer, which will be confirmed and collected before the order is shipped. The costs of using the app or the call are borne by the customer according to their phone company's rates. The customer may request a call through this contact form; in this case, the cost of the call is borne by #elartedecorrer.
#elartedecorrer reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom it has a dispute regarding payment for a previous order.
#elartedecorrer undertakes to accept purchase orders in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions set out herein.
The customer declares that they are aware of and accept these General Terms and Conditions before confirming their orders.
Confirming an order therefore implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by #elartedecorrer constitute proof of all transactions carried out between #elartedecorrer and its customers.
#elartedecorrer will always do everything possible to process all orders.
3. AVAILABILITY
Product offers and prices are valid while they are displayed on the website https://elartedecorrer.com and always subject to available stock.
For products not held in our warehouses, our offers and prices are valid on condition that they are available from our suppliers.
Within this framework, information on product availability will be provided at the time each order is processed.
If a product is not available after an order has been processed, the customer will be informed by email or by phone that only part of the order will be delivered, or that the order has been canceled. The customer will receive a full or partial refund of the order amount within a maximum of 30 days from the date the order was placed.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for any purchase on https://elartedecorrer.com can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), by bank transfer to the BBVA account IBAN ES0701821379310201537686, or via PayPal.
The charge will be made to the customer's account once the agreement between the payment centers has been confirmed.
All purchase transactions on https://elartedecorrer.com are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and SSL encryption. When you click the “Validate” button (or similar) while confirming your order, the bank verifies that the credit/debit card number is valid and checks that the card is not blocked.
#elartedecorrer never has access to the banking details of the customer or member, nor does it store them on its servers. For this reason, the customer must provide them again each time they make a new purchase in our online store. This provides double protection against abuse and fraud.
4.2 SECURE PAYMENT
In line with our commitment to payment security, we inform our customers that #elartedecorrer verifies the reliability of the details provided when an order is placed. This process is part of our fight against online payment fraud and aims to protect all consumers.
#elartedecorrer uses a verification process to prevent the fraudulent use of our customers' banking details. For this reason, #elartedecorrer reserves the right to ask its customers to send (by fax or by mail) a copy of both sides of their national identity document, as well as proof of address dated within the last three months. No order may be shipped before these documents have been received and checked. The requested documents must be sent within six business days. #elartedecorrer reserves the right to refund the order if it does not receive the aforementioned documents, or if they are not valid.

6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
#elartedecorrer reserves the right to cancel an order received, either partially or in full, in the following cases:
– the product ordered is not in stock
– no payment has been received for the order, or only a partial payment has been received
– the order does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions

7. WARRANTY
If you have received a wrong or defective product, we are very sorry. Please contact our customer service here or via info@elartedecorrer.com. We will tell you how to return it easily.
We only accept claims up to 15 days after receipt of the order. After that period, https://elartedecorrer.com accepts no responsibility for any product.
8. PRODUCTS
The products offered at #elartedecorrer comply with current Spanish legislation and with the standards applicable in Spain.
#elartedecorrer will make every effort to ensure that the photographs of its products faithfully represent the products offered. Likewise, each product is accompanied by an accurate description of its main features.
9. AMENDMENTS
The information shown on https://elartedecorrer.com is valid as of the date of its last update. #elartedecorrer reserves the right to update, modify or remove the information on this website.
This website may not be altered, changed, modified or adapted. However, #elartedecorrer reserves the right to make, at any time, any changes and modifications it deems appropriate, and may exercise this right at any time and without prior notice with regard to the availability of its products and campaigns.
#elartedecorrer reserves the right to unilaterally modify the General Terms and Conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of use of this website. Any such modification will be duly announced. 11. FRAUDULENT CARDS
This merchant undertakes not to permit any transaction that is illegal, or that is deemed by the card brands or the acquiring bank to damage, or have the potential to damage, their goodwill or to reflect negatively on them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service other than in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.
